Well, according to quite a few people a main cause of severe dehydration/being perpetually orthostatic is an overactive thyroid which runs in my family. My grandpa had to have his removed (it grew back after weirdly enough) and I have a super fast metabolism which kinda goes hand in hand with an overactive thyroid. Hopefully everything will check out, I just want to get this worked out before...
